The Nexus of HCMC is designed to be a landmark addition to the city Skyline; living up to its prestigious waterfront address in central Saigon. This large-scale mixed-use urban development was designed to maximize the allowable building area with three high-rise towers consisting of hotel, office and residential units atop a five-floor retail and entertainment podium, all scaled to feel intimate at street level as not to overpower the city and its rich street life.
